Chewy
I think these are supposed to be chewy. In this package the gummies were hard. The taste is good so I still ate them. I'm not sure if they are supposed to be hard and chewy or just chewy.

Pay attention to the nutritional values
13 g of protein is misleading. It's 13 g for the entire package, not each gummy! I don't know one single bariateic patient who could eat the whole package of gummies. They're also hard.

Good protein, Bad taste
The nutrition info on these is fairly impressive with the protein content but the taste is … not great. Like at all.

These are amazing. A little expensive but worth it. I have a sour patch obsession and trying to stop. This cures that craving and gives me a ton of protein. Total score. I have to hide them from my kids and fiancé because they taste so good. I wish they had more options but I’m ok for now!

I am always looking for a good snack that contains protein. This one cures my cravings for candy and gives me protein. They are a bit sour, but I like that.
