Dover Press Books in this series are slim, A4, with black and white illustrations and some text.This title isn't expansive, but is useful in a succinct and introductory manner.worth buying.

Not what I was expecting. Only sketchy information given. Pictures in thick black ink and some not very clear. Probably better books out there.

I study folklore and this book is packed with ancient plant history and illustrations. Interesting and informative for the student, or just a good read.

Easy and pleasant to read. Nice and different gift for someone interested in plants.

I am enjoying this book. Informative and interesting. Recommended
