Decent quality, go for it, with caveats
I ordered 5 mm thick, 25 x 25 mm pieces of quartz. Initially, the vendor sent me 1 mm thick pieces by mistake. I returned those and received 5 mm thick pieces today. They appear to be of good quality. Surfaces are sufficiently polished. However, if you want to use for optical experiments, the surface roughness might be an issue, as it is of the order of visible wavelenth (~1 micron).

Worst...try to fool people..... Cost so high and received 1 single piece.

Good product but need a case for product
If u provide a box for plate it will be helpful. Otherwise the product is apparently good. Packaging is also very good.
