Well packed
Our order ameas advertised. ..well packed.

Moldy broken jars
2 jars were smashed due to improper packaging. They had been broken so long there was significant molding in the cellophane and bubble pack. Might thrown out the 4 jars wrapped with the moldy product as it got up into the lids etc. No way to ask for a refund so leaving this bad review 🤙🏻

Don’t order glass jars
I made the mistake of ordering an item that was in glass. I should’ve known better. Nothing wrong with the item. It’s just the way the shipping is done.

3 of 12 jars broken
Product arrived today in a box and 3 of the 12 we ordered were broken. By broken I mean shattered and unable to use. All the jars were packed on the bottom of the box with all the bubble wrap/packing materials on the top of the jars. Didn't protect the bottom. Big disappointment. Gave it two stars simply because I like the taste.

Item description is misleading! These are NOT 180oz Jars, they are 15oz Jars X12; therefore 180oz ÷ 12 = $0.38/oz NOT $0.03/oz!! Please stop misleading customers with inaccurate math.
