I’ve given 5 stars because it’s exactly as described, does what I expected and and arrived quickly. I’ve have nothing negative to say…Except that it’s WAY over priced for what it is!But hey, I knew that when I bought it, so it really isn’t fair to knock a star off on that basis.I’m not a “ghost hunter,” I simply wanted an accurate prop to use for Phasmophobia game sessions I run at my VR arcade; this item does the job perfectly👍

Sent me a cheaper version of what I ordered. I paid £129.99 for my package and they sent one worth around £25. Similar number and similar product but I feel cheated. Not value for money.

The item is amazing what does it mean when the alarm sounds but there no red or blue light??

The sound quality isn’t great but it works fine

Very good when used with noise cancellation headphones

I bought the P-SB7T Spirit Box ITC Rev5 Research FM/AM Ghost Box, it worked ok for a couple of weeks used it about 5 times 5-10 minute sessions and noticed the volume was inconsistent, the volume at its highest goes to level 30 however this level changed to the equivalent of a level 10, so obviously there was a simple loose component connection somewhere inside the radio, which does happen with all electronics from time to time no big deal. However the seller did everything he could to make it difficult for me to make a simple refund. I had to ring Amazon put in a claim on the a-z Guarantee which I was advised to do....this lead to the seller having to refund me but not with out accusing me of customer returns abuse? Why would I lie as it was at my inconvenience having to find another ghost box and source one from a reliable seller. This seller does not like returns even if the product is faulty, this seller will not accept responsibility for his products. I felt it suspicious that the seller would not refund me and also make it difficult for me to receive a refund due to a common electronic fault. BEWARE!!!
