Smooth ride!
Ordered these shocks while on sale to replace some shot OEM shocks on my F250. Wanted to upgrade, and in my opinion boy did I. These rose awesome and installation is a breeze. I’ll be buying another set whenever these wear out.

Better than stock
I replaced the OEM shocks on my 2020 F350 (single wheel) with these. Definitely an improvement over the stock units. Easy to install with regular hand tools. They ride excellent, and help soak up the bumps much better than the factory units. As a bonus, they look great under the truck.

Leveled f250
Bought a new to me f250 with 80k miles. Truck has ready lift 2.5” in front and 1” in rear. Replaces original factory shocks with these and immediately noticed an improvement in ride quality. Ready lift kit had shock extensions wick I removed and now have the correct set up. Highly recommend these if you have a small lift/leveling kit.

WOW what a difference
2018 F250 diesel 4x4 65k miles. Wife and I imidietlly noticed a huge difference. It's like I am in a new truck. Never expected it to improve so much. Very smooth ride for a truck. Took the harshness away. The stock Ranchos are junk in comparison. My only regret is not doing it when I bought the truck new. I read several forums that recommended the change on new trucks. Should have done it when I bought it.

Terrible parts and terrible seller.
Purchased these for my truck after using the sellers website to find a recommendation for replacement shocks they were priced better on Amazon and showed in stock. Installed these shocks. Thought they were a little harsh but way better than what was on the truck a brand this is red and white. Before I continue full disclosure the passenger side of my truck had the passenger side toe rod and replaced new track bar and idler and pitman arm replaced shortly after these were installed. Along with a 4 wheel alignment. And I rotate my tires every 5-6k 37x12.50 Toyo are expensive so I take great care to ensure I get every mile out of my tires. The truck is 2017 f250 no lift kit. The front axle can handle tire and that’s the reason I went with these shock as they are obvious upgrade over stock. Well about 10k into these being in the truck I noticed a funny wear pattern in the tire very slight but I could see it. And so could my mechanic. So we rotated the tires checked the passenger hub it has no play. Well I noticed the pattern again and it went from bad to worse very quickly. But due to family commitments 3 different family members in icu three weeks in a row I didn’t have time to deal with it. And had to keep driving on it. Jacked the truck checked the hub and steering again no problems decided to replace the shocks. When I got both shocks out I noticed that there was distinct differences between the two on the upper mounting stud. And the shock with smooth shaft the bottom shock in the picture is off the passenger side where the tire is wearing funny. The other shock that captures the washer is from the drivers side. If you look at the next picture you can see they both have the same part number, and the next picture show the wear pattern on the tires. I though photographic evidence would be best. So my recommendation is never ever buy bilstein shocks or from shock surplus. I have reached out to them thru Amazon 3 days ago and have not gotten a response of any kind. And if your wondering I bought rough country v2 shocks and they are absolutely amazing it is like I have a different truck. Hope this helps you in your decision making and you don’t waste time and money like I did and ruin a 600 dollar tire dealing with inferior parts.
