Fast results and better per serving price than other electrolytes
Definitely a quality product from the way it makes me feel. I could feel tired and run down from intense exercise or a rigid diet and 10 minutes after drinking this mineral drop, I’ll feel refreshed and better.I’ve also had good results with LMNT but KetoChow is a liquid and I feel it deliver faster results for me at least. And it has more minerals than LMNT for a better price per serving

Disgusting yet Great
This stuff tastes bad. There's no way around it. I do not eat carbs so I can't put it in fruit juice, I drink half a tablespoon in the morning and water and half a tablespoon at supper time and water. I'm not going to act like it isn't bad, it is really bad. But my health has improved greatly because of it. My husband and I have taken this for most of the last year, we did miss a couple months because we just didn't reorder it. I dreaded taking it again due to the taste, but looked forward to taking it again due to the health benefits. Our first dose it felt as if our body just sucked it in, we needed it so badly. It really does make you feel healthier especially if you're overcoming years of bad diet and poor health. My husband and I are both in our 50s, and this was a much-needed supplement. I sure wish it could taste better, I imagine if you put it in orange juice it would help a lot to cover the taste. But it is what it is, and sometimes we just have to toughen up and do what's best for ourselves. It's gross, but it works to improve your overall health.

Salty, salty
I had a lot of trouble adjusting to the salty flavor. I tried it in coffee and flavored water, but it did not help. I never believed sodium affected blood pressure but this did affect mine. I adjusted to half the recommened amount and have not had any leg cramps or other that sometimes we can get if the electrolytes are too low, and the BP went down. Halfing the amount did lower the salty flavor somewhat. I do like that it has all the minerals. I canceled my subscripion for these reasons. I may resume and I may not. It is most cost effective if compared with other top sellers, and has minerals added which is a plus.

Good quality!
Great product! I’ve used these electrolytes before and just ordered a bigger bottle this time. At first, I thought I got the wrong item because the packaging looked different, but the seller responded super fast and confirmed it’s the same product with a new look. Sure enough, the taste is exactly the same as before. Very happy with the purchase!

Stomach-turning
I wanted to like this, I really did. After hitting a plateau of 22 lbs of weight loss from basically eating keto, I started carnivore 2 days ago, and knew I'd probably need to supplement electrolytes because initially I suffered with cramping during keto until I made some dietary adjustments. I also like Dr. Ken Berry's videos, so why not try this? That said, I was a bit concerned that Keto Chow Trace Minerals Drops contains twice the amount of chromium recommended by NIH or the CDC (I can't remember where I saw this when researching it a couple days ago; do your own research. But I ordered anyway thinking "The extra chromium isn't going to kill me for the 90 days I expect to be on carnivore."What might kill me, though, is the taste of this stuff, particularly because it actually makes me nauseous. The flavor is similar to drinking a glass of water that is highly saturated with baking soda. Don't get me wrong -- I've drank a glass of baking soda water many times back in the day when I experienced acid reflux daily (before I started keto and intermittent fasting). I'm not saying this tastes exactly like that; I'm just saying that's what this reminds me of. They're about as close to each other as, say, a lemon and a lime. Also, don't assume that my stomach is easily turned or that I'm a picky eater. Neither could be farther from the truth. I'm the guy that our family regards as something of a human Tasmanian Devil because I regularly eat out-of-date food because I can't stand to waste it. (Depression-era parents.) I also eat all sorts of foods and flavors that others commonly avoid. Oysters? No problem. Cod liver? Bring it. Saeurkraut? Gimme two scoops. Moldy cheese? Yes please. Softshell crab sandwich? Make it a double. Bananas with long brown spots in them? Sure. Wormy apples off the tree in the back yard? Hey, that's what a paring knife is for! If you put it in front of me, I'll probably eat it.But not this stuff. I tried it in water with Monk Fruit sweetener, which I love. Ugh. I tried it in lemonade. Ugh. In my daily spiced tea. Ugh. In coffee. Ugh. In all of these, I also tried using only a half teaspoon at a time (recommended daily dose is one tablespoon). Ugh. The taste literally makes me nauseous. And lest you think I have a "weak stomach" and puke regularly, just know that I've only hurled twice in the last ten years -- once when I had a horrible stomach flu that had my whole family vomiting, and once when a kidney stone's abrupt ramp-up in pain made me barf up the Percocet I'd just taken to cope without an emergency room and its wonderful assortment of intravenous painkillers. I don't hurl easily. But this electrolyte solution makes me want to.It's sad, too, because the only other decent electrolyte formula I see on Amazon is sweetened with Stevia, which I am avoiding for taste and health reasons. That means I'm going to have to consult a bunch of YouTube videos and concoct my own formula, which I really didn't want to do. I really wanted to like this stuff (holy smokes, who wants to throw away a $66 item he purchased only 24 hours ago?), but it ain't happenin' here. Our tastes are all different, and your mileage may vary, but this expired-food-eating skinflint would rather throw away $66 of product than ever have to sample this stuff again. And no, the nausea I experienced from this product was not related to consumption of expired food that day. I haven't eaten anything questionable in the last several days, and the only time I felt nausea has been while drinking this electrolyte formula and during the 20-30 minutes afterward.Good luck!UPDATE: I tried this stuff again this evening (5 months later) because I'm considering going back on carnivore and will probably need an electrolyte supplement. I mixed a tablespoon of this into a 12 oz. glass of the distilled water I drink every day. I took one mouthful and ugh, just could not bring myself to drink more. It reminded me of my childhood when my Mom would give me Triaminic or Robitussin DM or Robitussin PE and I used to think "Jeez, I'd rather just have the cold and cough and croup." Only tonight, drinking this stuff, I honestly thought "If drinking this is what it'll take to lose weight, I'd rather just stay fat and die early."The kicker is that I retried this tonight without first remembering my former bad experience. I'd tried a couple different electrolyte formulas last August including this stuff, and tonight I tried this again partly because I didn't remember how much I hated it, or to be more accurate, which electrolyte I hated. After trying it again tonight, I thought "I've gotta get on Amazon and see if I reviewed this stuff, because if I didn't, I should to help someone else avoid this experience." I checked to find this review sitting here. Then, reading several other negative reviews, I thought I should clarify something. It's about the salt. The saltiness had NOTHING to do with my loathing of this stuff's flavor. I need to clarify that because 1) I mentioned in my earlier review that the taste of this stuff is somewhat reminiscent of drinking water with baking soda in it; and 2) several negative reviews focus on this stuff's saltiness. But salt isn't a problem for me.Prove it, you say. Okay, here goes. I was raised in Maryland where seafood is a thing. I love seafood and love salt. Every morning lately I've been waking up and drinking 12 oz. of salted chicken stock because I like it, because it helps quell my morning appetite so I can continue fasting, and because a doctor online suggests it to help waken the brain. I also love oysters on the half shell or straight out of a jar. I love Kosher dill pickles and eat 2-3 spears roughly every couple days. If I'm hungry in the evening but don't want to destroy my gut with carbs and get gerd, I pop open a can of clams and eat them right out of the can. I eat sardines frequently. When I make a Caesar salad, I usually put only half a can of anchovies in it because I eat the rest while making the salad. So to be completely clear, I hate Keto Chow despite absolutely loving salt. And unlike Keto Chow, salt, even in higher than normal quantities, has never made me nauseous. Thought you should know. Also, just to be clear, I have no affiliation with any other electrolyte product. Sadly, I haven't found one I liked, so I'm just taking supplements of magnesium lysinate glycinate, potassium, and vitamin D and a couple other things that are supposed to help the body absorb magnesium. I wish I could recommend an alternative to this product, but sadly I haven't reached that milestone yet.

Life saver!
I just got back on carnivore after going rogue for 6 months. Carnivore flu was severe this time! Brain fog, loose stools, fatigue, mood swings, food noise, and SEVERE inflammation and all over body pain. Even the soles of my feet hurt!5 days in I decided I needed help. I seen this product mentioned in a video and it arrived 7 days in. I casually added it to my water that day but by day 8- I was in the worst way ever! Thought about throwing in the towel. Instead I took the day to focus and slam water with Ketochow. Literally was my whole day! I was up probably 5 times in the night using the bathroom but this morning on day 9 into my carnivore journey- I finally feel so much better. Nearly all my symptoms are gone (just mild body pain and inflammation) my body released so much water retention and toxic buildup through the night. When I weighed in this morning- I’ve lost 4.6% of my body weight from when I started just 9 days ago! Incredible! Hang in there carnivore friends. There is so much light on the other side!
