Bought this for a gift and they absolutely loved it!

This is a new way to clean a grill for sure. It will not leave behind dangerous wires and is durable enough to last through two grills at least. I use it often to detail clean the crusty goopy stuff from the recesses, corners and in between the grates. I use it when the grill is hot and the stuff comes off well, although slowly.. the first time I used it, I found I needed a terry cloth towel following the cleaning due to smaller loose debris and goop was out of reach of the flat edges. After the wipe down I found the best clean the thing has had since its first tri tip. I keep a towel near the grill and I'm happy with the tool. I wish one side had some kind of heat proof scrubby type device to eliminate the need to use a towel.

Just tried this scraper out for the first time and it did not disappoint! If you scrape while the grill is hot like you're supposed to, the scraper conforms to the grill grates and leaves no residue behind. It's sturdy and easy to use which makes it the perfect grill scraper. It's long enough to keep your hands far enough from the heat and grease so that the scraper handles the mess and you don't get any mess on your hands. Especially if you clean the scraper as you go just like you would any other tool that handles grease and grime.In my opinion this works better than any other wire or brush scraper that I've used in the past, plus I don't have to worry about metal bristles sticking to the grill and then getting in my food. Also works well to oil the grill before cooking to minimize food sticking to the grill.

Too expensive for what it is. I wish I would've got the one at Costco that seems better for almost half the price. The one at Costco is only $14.99, I paid $25.99 for this one. The bag is weird because it doesnt really fit in the bag right, unless I'm doing something wrong. It works i guess and the pointed scrapper things are a good idea but it seems like they should have been on the other side because if you use them then you no longer have a handle(or at least a clean one). Scrapping using the center part because the handle side gets all gunked up is terrible. The main scrapping part is too think, I think if it was much thinner and didn't have the indentations it would work better. Its smaller than I expected too.

I really like the way this scraper looks and feels and it is good that it doesn't conduct heat like metal when you are scraping off a hot grill. I did not realize how big and thick it is which is awesome and looks and feels really sturdy. However, its performance in cleaning is just disappointing. It does not clean as well as metal. Also, maybe because I just use it for the first time but when rubbing against the grill to make grooves it leaves a film if saw dust on the grates. It is easy to wipe off but if let there i can't believe it is healthy. Unfortunately, i think this means back to bristles metal scrapers for me.

This scraper is great for cleaning your grill. We’ve used wire scrapers previously and have had pieces come off which is always a worry that it may get in food. This scraper is sturdy and definitely feels like it will last.I took a star off because the scraper doesn’t fit in the bag it comes it. Strange. But that wasn’t a big deal for us. Just strange.

I'm really glad that I took the time research the various BBQ grill scrapers on the market until I found this one. It's beautifully crafted and much more impressive in person than I expected it to be. I was specifically impressed with how thick it is, which means it's going to last a long, long time. On first use, the ends blackened a bit (which is to be expected due to what it's being used for). So I was surprised afterward that wiping it clean removed all the residue. Seems like the hardness of the wood really excels in this way. All-in-all it's a beautiful piece of equipment, and quite impressive looking. I actually enjoyed leaving it out on my deck as a conversation piece for others to see!Blush.
