| Serving Recommendation | Combine 1 kg of flour with 1/2 cup corn oil (any another oil can be used), add 4 cups of water. Knead by hand or mixer for 7-10 minutes until you get a soft and homogeneous dough, cover it and keep in warm place for 30 minutes or until the dough doubles in the size. Add mashed potato, mix well, shape into small balls and fry in hot, deep oil until golden. Drain, deep in sugar syrup, drain again and serve. |
