Pleased with this material. It's a good weight and just what I wanted for repairing the arm of a vintage bear.

Simple calico, unbleached. I use it for embroidery to give it a more natural look. Easily distressed by soaking in hot tea for 30 minutes

Very nice calico but not 66 inches. More like 63. This made the project I specifically bought it for more difficult.Also, it was a little short on length. I bought 10m but ended up with just over 9m.

Utterly wonderful calico. I ordered this to cover two sofas which obtained cat pulls far too easily. This calico covers two very large sofas (I will staple it on) and does not allow pulls from three sets of claws (3 cats). Drapes beautifully, and is the perfect weight and colour for upholstering. I know this is a craft fabric but I see no reason at all why this cannot be a perfect upholstery fabric too since the weave is tight and the look smooth and immaculate.And it's dust free and the cat fur is easily removed. A better finish than arrived on my expensive sofas!Sorry for my poor image quality; the camera on my phone is not the best!

This was great for backing my quilt. Lovely natural feel and colour and weighty enough for the job. I did wash first in case of shrinkage - not sure if necessary but with a quilt its not worth taking chances. It’s a great inexpensive way to back a quilt and the backing felt very soft - so I recommend this product. I’ve also used unbleached calico very successfully for curtains in the past

There are two problems with this product. Firstly, as other reviewers have pointed out, the fabric is not 66 inches wide - more like 63 inches. Secondly it was so badly folded that there were creases all over the fabric which were very difficult to remove even with a steam iron. Having said this, I am happy with the weight and colour and value for money.
