Missing a critical piece
So I bought this a while back and put it up. It's very sturdy and doesn't take long to put up. Sometimes some of the pieces required coaxing to go into position but overall the assembly was very easy. In use it's great. The bars stick out from the wall just the right amount to not intrude too far into the room but enough to hold a considerable amount of gear. My one problem, and in my eyes it's a big one, is the fact that it doesn't come with screws to mount it to the wall. They tell you which screws it uses but for the sake of a few cents they should have included them with the rack. Imagine putting this thing together just to find out you now need to take the time to drive to the hardware store to find these screws to put it up on the wall. It's a wall rack. It should come with everything you need to put it together and put it on the wall. it's a little thing, but it's a really annoying little thing and to this day I'm still annoyed by it. If they had included the four necessary screws I would have given this rack a good review.

Great Product
I bought two of these to organize live edge lumber in a garage. They work really well and are convenient for accessing boards without having to unstack everything. These are great if you don't have any metalworking tools to do a diy shelve and want a quick storage solution.I also purchased 3 sets of a similar style from princess Auto (about $40 cheaper) but they did not come close in terms of quality as these ones. The princess Auto ones droop when boards are stacked on them.

Manufacturing defects
I like the aesthetic of the shelving unit but unfortunately, machining defects are high on this. Two of my shelves are sloped with one being very bad. I have uploaded a couple of photos to show how off level it is. Everything is put together correctly but due to the amount of space given where the shelf slights onto the bar, it just slopes down. I have tried contacting their support before posting to Amazon but it has been a couple of weeks now with no reply so here I am.I am disappointed because I wanted to love this. If it was good, I was going to buy another to put beside it. I am happy I only bought one to start with. I am reluctant to RMA since it is already mounted.Edit: I have received a reply from customer service and will update.

Incorrect hardware
Haven't had a chance to install this yet because the custom hardware included to rest the horizontal rails on the vertical rails are incorrectly sized. The screws are too small and can slide right out of the hole. It's frustrating that there's a problem right out of the gate and I hope to be able to find a replacement screws which still allow the horizontal rails to slide over them. This makes me question the integrity of the product and whether Bora has allowed counterfeit products to be sold. It would be nice to hear from the manufacturer on the hardware problem.
