AVA have a refreshing approach in this day and age in that they believe in maintaining to prolong the life of their machines rather throw away after a few years (like some other well known companies). Provided you maintain the unit (once every 5 years) which you can do yourself if you wish they will extend the warranty to 20 years.William from support is excellent and promptly answered my many questions and very kindly pointed me to a forth coming discount and so saved me some money as well. I have only had time to test the items. I bought the care care kit and flexi lance and have literally just cleaned a small area of block paving. Everything works as it should and it cleaned the blocks with ease. I live in a bungalow and so have used the flexi lance to clean the gutters without having to climb a ladder. I had a Karcher K5 before but that died and would say that AVA P60 is about the same power. I am pleased that Karcher accessories like the drain cleaning pipe I have will fit into the AVA. The machine is heavy but comes with large wheels and so is easy to move but the weight may be an issue if you need to lift it. The unit is able to accommodate their 12 m high pressure hose and I may consider getting this in the future it is supplied with an 8 m hose. . All the accessories fit into the unit "easily" unlike the Karcher where I had a major "fight" to get the lances to fit into the handle. The AVA P60 uses different nozzles to vary the pressure rather than a vario lance that I have been used to ( I always used it on full power anyway) but so far this has not proved to be an issue and I can always use the karcher vario lance if it proves to be so. To sum up everything works well and is carefully thought through like the pistol that doesn't make you hand ache as you don't have to keep a high pressure on it to make it work and the high pressure hose that doesn't kink or roll into tight loops which I used hate with the Karcher. Very happy with my purchase and the company and am looking forward to many years of use out of the unit. Alan Inman

Bought as an upgrade on my old Bosch pressure washer and the difference is night and day. Everything works well and is well thought out. Long flexible hose resists tangling and makes getting around the car very easy. Would have liked better cable storage but that is just nit picking because this is an excellent washer. I have been ripped off by the yellow pressure washer maker in the past with units that lasted less than a year so refreshing to see this company backs their machines to last 20 years if looked after.

I have had the p60 pressure washer for 3 years, it is a top quality piece compared with the other brands, I personally had many different brands previously and they all broke just after the warranty expired, as they are lacking in power and preforming, so it’s usually overwhelmed, this model seems to be fit for many years of work, however it has its flaws1 it’s very heavy2 expensive but worth3 the nozzles have a insert and a rubber which could easily get lost or stuck inside the zoom lance which then leaks, so it’s worth buying a repair kit, so you will need to be a bit of a diy person to get the best out of it4 Ava doesn’t have phone service for support which makes it a lot harder if you’re not sure what the problem is and there online systems either don’t work or is very slow, I foundSo overall good

This pressure washer far outstrips the performance of my previous equivalent Karcher machine. Easy set up and accommodates all accessories on the machine itself. Gone are the frustrating tangles of the pressure hose I always had on my previous machine, the pressure hose is pliable and recovers neatly on the reel go the machine. Great product and a cut above the other similar products on the market.

thought washer was amazing until it stopped working after 6months still trying to contact them as amazon cannot do anything as its a third party seller. its not a cheap washer and at over £300 you would expect a bit better customer service as im now stuck with a broken washer and no communication as to if I can get it repaired or replaced

Excellent machine works very well. It didn’t come with the snow cannon in the picture but a smaller cheaper one 😔

Disappointed with my 3rd Karcher breaking I was determined to try something different that I could use with the Karcher tools I already own. I have used this machine only a couple of times but on each occasion have shocked at how much better the results are compared to my previous machines. The design and build quality are very pleasing, the only slight issue would be that the machine is heavy, but does roll well even over gravel. I would recommend this product without hesitation.

I bought this to replace a 12 year-old K4 Compact, which, even after a compression head replacement, failed. So, the 20 year guarantee for this one attracted. It is much heavier, but easily moved on the large wheels. The long compression hose and swivel head mean it does not need moving so frequently in operation - car washing, patio cleaning etc. . Assembly - easy, following diagrams, in use - works very well, but a bit noisier than the Karcher. Summary - very satisfied, but expected to be at the price.
