Very well made and easy to use. Has a built in filter so the tea stays put. Very useful for two people and you get a little over two small cups per serving. Just add more hot water for more. Does not need long to steep. Very happy with the purchase. Easily cleaned with just rinsing.

This Japanese inspired 8 ounce teapot is fantastic for brewing small batches of tea. Socialites can proudly host friends in a tea ceremony style. The round handle and slight spout give the item a very classic profile, and the vibrant and glossy midnight blue makes it very eye-catching. Ceramic teapots are widely revered for their excellent heat retention, easiness to clean, and timeless aesthetic. This teapot does not come with a tea infuser, but based on my use of the teapot, it really didn't need it since there is mesh built within. Cleaning is a breeze. All you have to do is rinse with warm water and let air dry. Also, I personally like how the pot doesn't drip when the tea is poured. This every day, easy to clean, beautiful teapot will fit any kitchen, display cabinet, or table tea sets. Think it makes a great gift for any avid tea drinker!

Since I don't plan on drinking tea with others this teapot is exactly the size I needed. I like that it's easy to handle and clean, doesn't take up much space either. The look of it caught my eye first, black and blue are my favorite colors.

Ordered for Christmas. Pot came right on time but the rim that the lid sits on was broke. Asked for replacement and few days later a new one arrived broken the same place. Terrible packaging.

This is the first teapot that I have purchased. I wasn't sure what to look for, but based on my positive experience with trying out their Sencha Tea, I tried my luck with this teapot. I'm not sure about other teapots, but this teapot is very easy to clean.I love the beautiful blue color and looks really great in my kitchen! I'll definitely be drinking more loose tea now.

I have now received two of these teapots. They are very beautiful, unfortunately they are not properly packaged and both of them arrived broken. The first arrived with the lid shattered and the rim of the teapot cracked. The second arrived with the rim cracked. These are shipped with the lids upside down on top of the teapot. There is no barrier between the lid and teapot base and they are damaged during transit. It’s a true same, since otherwise they look like good quality. I will be looking elsewhere for my new Japanese teapot.

If I could still return this I would. It's too expensive for how impossible it is to get tea out of it without it getting all over the counter. This is my third such post I've bought from different makers and the only one with such a poor execution of an otherwise great idea. I have finally ascertained that it's because the spot opening is just too small. The tea comes over the rim of the pot no matter how slowly you pour it, at least when you first tilt the pot to pour. It is unavoidable, so just get used to putting down a cloth or paper towels between the cup and teapot before you begin pouring, then cleaning off the pot afterward. There will be tea all over the place with this teapot every single time.

This is a very cute small pot. Holds enough for one cup of tea. Perfect for what I needed since I’m the only one that drinks tea. Love the mesh inside so you can brew loose tea!
