Ware wurde defekt geliefert. Die Lamellen hatten ca. 1cm Spiel und haben sich beim Drehen ständig ausgehängt und verklemmt. Der Verkaufspreis steht m.E. in keiner Relation zum Gebotenen an Material, Verarbeitung und Erlebniswert. Die Rücknahme war ein einziges Ärgernis, Verkäufer sperrte sich, wurde hingehalten, aufgefordert das Teil nach Übersee zurückzusenden, dann Abspeiseversuche mit Teilerstattung wenn ich das Glump behalte - Kundenfreundlichkeit geht anders.

...aber nach kurzer Zeit hat man sich an die Effekte gewöhnt und der Helicon steht nur noch rum. Ist aber ein empfehlenswertes und so weit hochwertiges Geschenk für Menschen die sonst schon alles haben. Wohl hinterlässt der Metallstab aus vermutlich Messing an den Händen einen Metallgeruch.

The tree shape does not form up possibly due to friction between the pieces, so when turning it just ends in a mess. The price is really just for looking nice in a box.

It’s a great gift and still a very beautiful piece to have for an office but I didn’t realize it was natural wood and not painted or a different material. From the picture I thought it was gold colored metal(for anyone else that might assume that, there’s the heads up)

Let me start by saying the product is amazing. The customer service however is not... if you have issues. I have my heart set on getting this wonderful, creative Christmas gift. It took me purchasing three of them. The first never was delivered. The second was broken when it came, and now I am waiting on the third. I have not been able to speak with anyone about refunds or replacements.
