Great for reducing symptoms of a cold and ending the cold sooner. Reducing the symptoms helps reduce the spread, so I'll take it! My kids like the flavor. I also love that the ingredients are safe!

Seems to help my 5 year old for at least a few hours for runny nose and cough. Research ingredients though. It contains toxic stuff from plant that may also be called wolfsbane soooo I guess it’s ok as long as your not a werewolf lol kidding
