Works great! Initially the app crashed once when the averaging was enabled, but now everything including the averaging works. Extremely convenient as the blood pressure can be measured without the iPhone and on the next/future use with the iPhone the data are being downloaded. Also transfers the data to the Apple health app. One very minor item, without using the phone, I haven't been able to switch the user - the my spouse can use it. Still need to install the app on my Android tablet to verify it works there too. Was really lucky to buy it.

The product looks amazingly nice and the setup instructions arw easy to follow. I got the cuff around my upper arms a d set up app on my phone in minutes. Then I happily took my first BP reading using the app. It did a great job doing a triple measurement and taking an average. And then I wrap it around my wife's arm to take her BP reading. Turns on the apparatus and boom.. The inflatable piece of balloon in the cuff pops up and blossoms out of the cuff from no where. Now the cuff is useless. It's only been few hours since I received the product and I can't enjoy it.I reached out to amazon support and I was granted 40usd as cash back in amazon credit if I decide to keep the defective device but was also given option to return it for a new one. I chose the former since I didn't want to go through return shipping from Ghana to USA. Fianal thoughts 💭.. Product looks great and promising but the build quality needs a bit of improvement.

The product works as advertised, and seems accurate. The averaging feature is very helpful and the blue tooth connectivity works great. The user interface could use some help in terms of flattening and modernizing the look and feel as well as the user interaction, however, it gets the job done. There have been multiple software updates that have improved the functionality including the ability to delete readings which is important when multiple people use the same unit.The service and support I have received from this group has been absolutely amazing and would highly recommend them.

I just pulled this blood pressure monitor out of the box and installed the batteries. My first initial response was that the unit appears to be well built with robust materials. I placed the cuff on my arm to get a blood pressure reading. The pump kept attempting to inflate the cuff but never built up sufficient pressure. The display read error code E-1 which is an inflation error code. The manual tells me to contact the local service center but provides no phone number for customer service or service center information. To complicate matters even further the seller will not accept returns. I've emailed the seller through Amazon and I am currently awaiting a response. My review will be updated accordingly in the future dependent upon my experience with seller.Amazon provides fantastic customer support. I got a full refund and the seller immediately delivered another unit. This time it worked straight out of the box.

I've been using this for a few years now and it worked well. Just recently the app updated itself and wants permission to use the camera to take pictures and video. A blood pressure monitor that wants control of the camera? Are they joking?! In the trash this goes.

Easy to use. Works well, but a bit quirky, at times.Integrates well with my iPhone.
