These are bogus and do not fit. You have to remove the ear dome. Then you take the side that doesn’t have a white filter and insert into the filter that is there under dome. It will come out. Then you take the other side with the white filter and try and get this bogus filter into the hole. Good luck and expect to go through three to four filters because these are not the correct size even though package looks correct. The real package only has a big black stripe on one side and not two as these have. Buy them from an audiologist. In fact it cost us $13 a package through Amazon and only $5 through the audiologist
