Well made and good band options to make exercises challenging

To start with, this is phenomenal. I had already done an hour long workout earlier in the morning, so didn't put a lot into using this, but even after 30 seconds of using it in various positions, I definitely felt the workout.My absolute ONLY con with this is, I am 5'3" and the bands are too tall for me to do most of the positions successfully if I want ANY resistance. They stretch so much and my legs are short that I don't get much out of them as is. I am purchasing additional resistance bands and will just be adding resistance at higher weights to counter that issue. I can already lift 80 pounds easily as is, so even both bands together on each side didn't really help with having to stretch taller than I am to feel anything. I think someone 5'7" and above would do better for the maximum resistance. Other than that, it is absolutely perfectly. I am insanely excited to begin using it for a full workout tomorrow.

I have to say this company is amazing! I am fairly short and I reached to them and let them know it was difficult for me to use the equipment and they sent me one to match my size and I love it! It’s perfect for at home workouts! It’s great for toning and flexibility

This is a nice product if you are looking for versatility for resistance bar stretches. There are three different resistance weights, two bands for each (30lbs, 40lbs, and 50lbs).You are meant to clip one of each individual weight to each side of the bar (the bar has three twist on/off sections and you can choose to use two or three sections for comfort levels). There are additional clips for foot straps and hand holds - so if you are using the bar you'd want to clip on the foot straps while you lift the bar, or you can clip the bands directly to the foot and hand straps if you want to use the resistance without the bar.There is a piece meant for closing in a door if you are doing press exercises or other exercises that you need to pull the bands horizontally.It is easy to clip the pieces when you want to change out the exercises, but there are a lot of individual pieces to this, and a lot of clips to use when changing the type of exercise/resistance weight. I think I prefer fewer pieces just for ease of use - I'm more likely to use a tool if I don't have to do a lot of setup in order to use it. But, that's just me - I'm a little lazy!Other than that issue, the product seems to be well made and it does come with a storage bag to put the pieces that you aren't using. It remains to be said how often I'll use it with the mentioned inconvenience of setup, but for now I'm just keeping it setup with the 30lb, foot clips, and bar so I can pick it up and do some exercises right away. The remaining items are stored in the bag - so at least I know where to find them when I want to increase the resistance.

I am a Yoga and Pilates instructor. I wanted something small and portable to add into my fitness routine. Really like this product! Well made. Only issue I'm having is I would like a strap that is 40# or more. Other than that, super happy with it
