This 16 oz. container makes 16 drinks if you follow the label instructions, 1 oz. per 7 oz. of hot water. I felt it was a bit weak although the taste was good, authentic, hot cider. Next time I'll increase the mixture to 2 to 6 to get a stronger taste. Also, add a cinnamon stick to increase the flavor.

I haven't had cider in years -- because for medical reasons, I have to be gluten-free. I have yet to ever find a label on fresh store bought cider that will identify if it's safe. So that was the first surprise to find this product!! Then, finding a concentrate that I didn't know existed. WOW, it's amazingly delicious! Not overly sweet. and the spices are perfectly blended so the apple flavor comes through. This has been in my save for later "cart" for awhile until I could buy it & now I know that it is totally worth it. (I will never buy those cider packets again!). can't wait to try it for cider flavor in baking.

This cider concentrate is delicious and easy to mix. I follow the instructions of one ounce of concentrate to seven ounces of water. I use my measuring cup to measure and cold bottled water from my fridge. I prefer it cold, but I’m certain it would be delicious hot. I ordered the smaller bottle, but am thinking of ordering the larger bottle and an ounce pump to make larger quantities. The spices are perfectly blended and do not overwhelm the apple flavor. I can barely tell this is spiced apple cider. I wish I could give it more than five stars. You can also use this for baking recipes.

This is exactly what I was hoping it would be. The deep apple flavor is natural tasting and bursts through even with the added mulling spices. For 16 servings, this is a treat that will last me so I feel it's well worth the money. The quality of this concentrate exceeds any cider I've had locally. The apple flavor lingers and a cup of cider is so quick and easy to make. I love that there isn't added sugar.
