The only thing that would have made it better is if it came with a plastic scraper like for dough, to cut the ends loose from the unit. Otherwise it works exactly as hoped. Made things faster for sure when doing 100 of them.

I’m glad I find this gadget ,I make very often own breakfast sausage and is very helpful and easy to use .

I tried twice to make cevaps with this product and all it achieved was make a mess. The sausages are so thin, they break. The meat goes everywhere. I'll stick with moulding them by hand in future.
