It's moong dal. You can't do anything bad to it in shipping. Good stuff. Laxmi is consistent over time, too, which is also very nice.

This cooks well in the pressure cooker in about 10 minutes. The texture is great.

Excellent product! I use a high speed blender to make red lentil flour and use that to make pizza crust. Yum!
