Commercial quality. I was shocked at the quality.
Heavy duty! The lids fit air tight and you can see what’s inside without taking the lid off. Air tight seal that is able to be removed for cleaning. I will be using this for pizza toppings, salad bar and taco bar. Just off the top of my head. Glad I purchased it.

Great addition to our at home Pizza Making
If you own a backyard wood pizza oven, this is a must. The pizzas cook very quickly usually in 90 seconds. Having a system like this to keep toppings available to stage the next pizza for cooking is fantastic. All of the containers can be removed for storage in your refrigerator (with sealed tops) until you are ready to start cooking. It is great to have two sizes in the system. Two large containers for sauce and cheese as well as the smaller containers for veggies. Fresh mozzarella can dry out fast if left out and this container helps to keep it fresh with the reseal lid on the container.

Game changer
Makes it easy to knock out several pizzas in quick succession. I prepare my ingredients in advance and just throw these containers in the fridge while I'm setting everything up.If you let your ingredients sit in these containers for long enough they start to take on a metallic taste which I don't really notice in the finished pizza but something I try to avoid. I place a paper towel as a barrier for dry ingredients, and try not to let my sauce sit in them for more than 3-4 hours.When sitting out in the sun these containers warm up quickly, would be nice to seat them in ice but the holder is just a frame.

Bought this for my son and his wife for Christmas to go with their Ooni pizza oven. They love it. Highly recommend!
