An excellent, finely ground, salt blend that imbues the essence of Tuscany into your dishes. Expensive yes, but is a valuable addition to your seasoning arsenal.

This is great salt for cooking. We don't use much salt in our cooking at all, but when we want to add a bit, the flavor of this salt helps improve a dish. We use it sparingly, so it lasts a long time. It seems to be of very high quality. We're on our second bag.

Over priced by a lot for what you get. Nothing special here. save your money

This stuff is great. A subtle enhancement over simple salt, for a true taste of Tuscany. If you ever get a chance to get to Panzano, by all means visit Dario Cecchini and find this salt at his sublime butcher shop/restaurant Antica Macelleria Cecchini. Being able to get it in the States is a treat.

I discovered this salt at a cooking class Dario put on in Los Angeles. I loved it that day and I bought it that night. For anything you want more than just salt, this is an amazing seasoned salt. It is great on meats and vegetables. I really love it.

Headline says it all. There are flecks of herbs and flowers and a slight hint of the fragrance of those herbs, but the flavor is undetectable. Not worth the exhorbitant price tag!

I first had this herb blend at Dario's restaurant in Tuscany, Italy. I should have bought more as I ran out a few months after I returned home. I was thrilled to find this online and highly recommend it!! It is not just salt, but a great salt replacement with herbs enhancing everything you use it on!Heading to Italy next April and will definitely stock up at Dario's butcher shop. Meanwhile, I am relieved to know I can get it on Amazon.
