Buen producto y en buen estado
Visualmente es un buen producto a pesar de que lo cubrieron con stickers para mejorar su presentación pero en general se ha usado de manera normal y ha funcionado bien, aumentamos la memoria ram para mejorar el desempeño del sistema operativo y que se ejecute con mayor velocidad todas sus funciones.

The laptop I purchased from TekRefurbs came with NO Operating System, NO DVD RW and NO Drivers.This company is a RipOff!!I suggest everyone Stay A Way from this Amazon seller.

Works great for a used computer
This laptop is used daily at our home. I have never had the touchscreen work, though. I didn't even know it was supposed to be a touch screen! It is nice to have a small, durable lap top, at a very reasonable price.

Very slow, needed troubleshooting
The E6330 is very slow running the current Win10. It arrived with a failed install of the latest Windows Update, it took a couple hours of Google to get it straightened out. It works now but it's a pretty bottom-of-the-barrel Windows experience.

functional but imperfect surface re-finish
The PC functioned perfectly but the top surface around the touchpad had areas that were sticky to the touch.The top surface was covered with what appeared to be a good quality peel-and-stick cover, but some old areas were not re-covered and were yucky-sticky.
