I have used Maui sourced freeze dried Noni for more than 20 years. I take two or three tablets before strenuous physical exercise which might result in pain in my lower back. That is usually good enough to keep my terrible back aches away. When my back does go bad, I take Maui Medicinal Noni, up to four tabs depending on pain level. I wait a couple hours, if I am not pain free I take "Excedrin" generic pain reliever. Usually that is enough. Sometimes things get out of hand and I go up the notch, rarely I should say, to heavier drugs. We also use the Molecular Enhancer to speed healing, various hot pads, a little red light which is now out of production and an inversion machine. Unlike approaches recommended by primary care physicians and exercise palaces, our approach works and over time minimizes potions.

I am always skeptical about this sort of thing, but was recommended by a friend. I had a lot of stress at work. Was having heartburn, gas and intermittent diarrhea. I started taking this 2 times a day. Before the first week was over I already felt better. After 3 weeks my gut is healed.
