Use these for c-section scar discomfort. Easy to re-freeze (have only used from frozen). It’s nice that it comes with some sleeves but they are not necessary for use. Would recommend-purchase for other moms that have c-sections.

These are amazing! I bought two pack so I can rotate. They were a life saver after giving birth stayed cold for a good amount of time and helped so much with pain. They are small enough to be comfortable and fit perfectly in underwear. Easy to clean. Worth the price

I loved these way more than the Frida ice packs. The Frida ice packs were too bulky and not cold enough. These ice packs were COLD! Of course they don’t last long because of your own body temp but they do a great job of initially numbing/cooling the area! And having two is great to rotate!

These!! Way better than using the throw away ice packs. They’re much cooler after leaving in the freezer (since it came with two I just switched them out each time), and perfect for postpartum healing.However I wish it came with more refill covers, I had to buy extra of those.Never used as a hot pack so I can’t talk on that.The only thing I don’t particularly like is the material turned faintly yellow which is gross looking.

Vaginal birth MUST HAVE! I’ve had two!This is the most economical and easy way I have found. So easy to clean just put it under warm hot water and soap, dry, and stick in freezer. The instant packs can get really expensive because I use an ice pack with every trip to the bathroom for awhileIf you end up in a cesarean, some women like ice packs against their incision for burning pain.Afterwords you could microwave it and it would contour to your neck for muscle pain!Lansinoh is awesome for bottles too- the slope is more ideal for breastfeeding just fyi. great brand thank you!!!

Lifesaver, can be used for breastfeeding or postpartum healing for down below! Can be heated up and cleaned used again and again! Extremely flexible. Not super soft, the edges can be very hard so don't expect to use them on that edge. Will definitely be part of my next baby shower gift basket!

I'm a little disappointed because they don't get very cold. I will save and try again when I need them for heat. Hopefully they will hold heat better.
