Flawless
The actual brand is A7 LT woo and is extremely well built and is not giving me any trouble installed easily and shifts flawlessly using the same brand shifter.

Works but not 100% SRAM compatible.
Works ... but not SRAM compatible. I added a 40T to my SRAM shifter MTB and I was able to get it to work but not perfect.

Rear derailleur
It did not fit my bike I had to get an extension to make it work

Short mount / can't reach 42T
In the description it reads: "3; Long Cage rear derailleur Compatible with 11-36T / 40T / 42T bicycle Cassette" . I adjusted everything and the last pulley actually hits my 42T chainring so I can only reach to the 9th gear (37T). Great price and accurate shifts just can't get the lowest gear, great for a backup bike. My pictures show how close the pulley is to the cassette. I had a SRAM 11 speed NX derailleur (with cassette and shifter) which worked perfectly but that went on a better bike!

10 speed? More like 8.
You can fiddle and twiddle this thing for hours and still not get full 10 gears. Very frustrating.

Works well, used on a Surly LHT 3 x 10 drivetrain

Not fully compatible.
Did not work with Tiagra road/hydraulic levers.
