These nappys fit very well and are comfortable they are easy to put on and appearance is very good they don't leak and are value for the price.

These nappies are comfortable, the tapes I found to be really secure and hold well over hours of wear. The slight downside is the absorbency works best as a night time nappy as opposed to when up and about where they can be prone to sagging due to slightly slow absorbency, unlike some more expensive brands. They don't swell up so much though so they're good for discretion.For the price, they're great.

I am being very honest here, I have found the price of these pads are very overpriced. Some people have worked all their lives and don't get any help with funding to purchase them. It's pretty disgusting and makes me angry.I have purchased others that are cheaper and some work better than others.I have been bulk buying which brings the price down. Do your research and look at reviews similar to mine who will give an honest opinion.A pack of 10 or 12 don't go very far for the hefty price tag. 😕I hope this helps someone who like me had no idea. This is so convenient and good for elderly people you love and look after.

I like other SUNKISS products but these are just not it. I'm a medium in other products from the same brand but these are a little small in what is supposed to be the same size. The tabs are very poor and tear at the slightest inconvenience, that is, if they are even able to be used at all. Many times I have gone to use the tab and it simply fell off in my hand (only the left side for some reason). They're very thin, which isn't ideal for overnight use, and I constantly have problems with leaking through them. They are terrible for overnight use as (in my experience) they always leak after around an hour or so. Will not be buying again.

No leaking, amazing overall, but it’s not on stock all the time

Great adult brief. Decent capacity, has pretty good absorption, you could compare these to the MegaMax somewhat, I'd give these a 7.5/10 on a North Shore scale in comparison. Didn't have any leaks, But these have minimal leak guards that barely come up a half in.

When managing my medical needs, I want a product I can trust, that's comfortable and that is cost effective.I want to spend more time enjoying life and not worry about something silly. These disposable underwears check all my boxes. They're very comfortable, very thin, absorb a lot, are leak proof, hold well in place and I never have to change them because they've reached their maximum capacity but rather because I've been wearing them for 6 hours and need to change them for hygiene purposes.There's really no way to tell I'm wearing them under my clothes, they're super quiet. They have velcro tabs that not only manage to hold well in place but also won't tear easily, it's something I have quite never seen trying various models and using them 24:7 for my needs.I have a level of confidence and ease I've never had before.It's hard to be critical but I guess two points I could mention is that the product is advertised as being for people who are bed ridden and I think on the opposite it's better for people who are active: it's easier to change without having to take off your pants and shoes, something you have to do with pullups. It could be nice not perpetuating that stigma of hygiene products being for people who are sick or old... .Another critic is that the dry parts tend to separate over time which could lead to absorption issues down the line but I haven't experienced that.To me it's the best option that exists in the category of disposable underwear with tabs.It's not only leak proof, comfortable, thin, quiet but also it's one of the cheapest options out there.Usually I try to have reviews that are a little bit more balanced but there's not much negative things to say here. It's the best disposable underwear I have ever tried, I have instantly made the decision to make them my daily drivers from now on. And I think you'd benefit from making them your daily drivers too if you're in a similar situation from mine.
