Can my 22 pound one year use this? I know it says 150 pounds but that sounds absurd. Has anyone used this with a toddler?

My 7 month is 22lbs and uses it. I feel safe with her in it and it does not act like it will tip or be too small anytime soon

The dimensions when set up are roughly 37"x62"

I sent this to my niece for my great nephew however she did not see any attachments to make it a swing. Is there another piece I need to buy?
