TL;DR: these are pretty great and incredibly convenient. I'd recommend giving them a shot!I ordered these after discovering another brand of effervescent electrolyte tablets-- their flavor was awesome and I loved the convenience of a fizzy tablet, but they cost twice as much as these (the only way I could justify getting them in the first place was finding them at a significant discount.)Though a far cry from athletic, I've found I benefit from electrolyte supplements (most notably with mental clarity and energy level) and I really wanted an easy way to get extra electrolytes in a way that my novelty-seeking brain will actually remember to include in a routine, which means flavor is important-- I've tried flavorless drops and I don't remember to use them on a regular basis because it's not an enjoyable thing for me. I need flavor!When I found these, I was half-expecting to find the flavors disappointing in comparison with the other brand, but I figured I'd give them a shot and just chug them if needed.I got the 6-flavor variety pack to see which flavors were most 'tolerable,' and when I received them I was disappointed to find that the box seal had been removed and there were only 4 flavors in it (two had duplicates.) I contacted customer service and the Amazon rep ordered a replacement and told me I didn't have to return the 'oops.' Having not tried them yet, now I was REALLY hoping I'd find at least one of the flavors tolerable (as I'd now have a large supply of them, heh!)To my delighted surprise, I enjoy these just as much as I liked the more expensive brand. So far I've tried the two flavors I received duplicates of (fruit punch and lemon lime,) and I enjoy both-- of all the flavors, lemon lime was the one I anticipated being the worst as I don't usually like it anyway, but it's actually pretty good!They do taste like electrolyte supplement drinks-- not downright salty, but certainly a purposeful drink instead of a purely pleasureful one. That said, I think they're pretty great.I appreciate the bottles, too; I can easily take them along with me and the tablets come out without a struggle (but they also don't all come tumpling out at once.) They are larger tablets, both diameter- and thickness-wise, so keep in mind you'll not be able to just plunk one into a disposable water bottle without breaking it into pieces first. For a wider bottle or a glass/tumbler though, they drop straight in and dissolve pretty quickly.Based on the flavors I've tried so far, I definitely anticipate keeping my subscription to the variety pack (instead of picking a flavor I find 'most tolerable' as I originally thought I might have to) and dont think I'll have any issue remembering to drink them routinely, as I enjoy them!

My wife and I can't live without this stuff now... Totally takes away the craving for a soda.. I'm a pro athlete and burn through tons of my body water, burning over 1000 calories a day, typically just in activities... This stuff replaces and replenishes and tastes very good. It's fizzy as well, which makes it very satisfying. The flavors are all different,t but all great.

Works great! Not very sweet, low sugar, def better than Gatorade. I use it a few times per week after a workout, keeps me hydrated. Easy to put into my bag, takes about 2 - 3 minutes to dissolve into the water.

First time trying Nuun! I was trying to find an electrolyte drink that was good for you and had good flavor. I have found it taste better with more water. In smaller amounts of water it’s a little too bold for me, but I add it to my Stanley cup and add ice and more water and it’s great!! Find that drink a lot more water now because of the taste. Some flavor are meh, strawberry lemonade has been the best so far! I even this this helps curb my appetite.

A tasty sports drink - just put one tablet in a glass of water. Watch it bubble, and when it's done, drink up. I love the tri-berry flavor best. An easy way to get extra minerals, especially for people who are older, or who work out a lot. You can read elsewhere about how important minerals are, and how Americans are usually mineral-deficient. This is a solid brand with a consistent product. I love how 10 tablets fit into a plastic tube the size of a roll of coins, so that you can easily put it in a purse or gym bag and take it with you. I also like the slightly effervescent drink, not only for the taste, and the beneficial minerals, but also for the little bubbles!
