Aluminum oxide is great for stripping and preparing for paint or powder coating.

Q: Can I use this to remove baked on vinyl wrap from a car? Is it safe to use on fiberglass? Thanks.

No you will go through the fiberglass. Use a heat gun three inches away from vinyl heating up the adhesive till you can peel up a corner and keep massaging it with the heat gun and peel it off. Use a plastic scraper gently to help peel it.
