Great for its price.
The product came on the 3rd day after I ordered it.The computer itself looks new, but the model looks a bit old-fashioned. It has windows 10 pro installed on the, and has 464GB hard drive storage (which is bigger than what I expected). 8GB RMB as described.Photoshop CC2019 runs fine on this laptop, as well as Adobe Premiere CC2019. Both programs take about 40 seconds to start. Was able to use large programs while using several minor programs such as file explorer and Chrome. On downside about this product is that it does not come with a product key for the windows 10 pro, so I had to purchase the product key by myself (paid $7.47 on eBay for the product key).Loving it so far, and it is worthy for its price.

Great value
This is the first time I ordered a refurbished laptop from anywhere. I wasn't expecting much and had planned to return it if not satisfied, and just pay full price (double what this cost) for a new one. When I received it, I went over it and was very happy with the product. The 2.6 GHz and 8GB memory were upgrades over many of the available laptops in this price range. I especially liked the grey finish on the cover. There was a small scuff mark on the corner that looked like a sticker might have been pulled off, but other than that, it was aesthetically good. The bad: I tried everything to make sure it worked, DVD player, all ports, etc all worked. There were two features that did not work. One was the blue tooth and the second was the web cam. I sent an email to the seller and received a response that they were not listed in the description so were not guaranteed. While I was not thrilled with that answer, considering Amazon's definition of refurbished, it was not a deal breaker for me as I don't need either feature. I also received a pop-up asking if I would like to extend the HP warranty that expires a year from now. I was not expecting any kind of warranty like that, so that's a bonus (although it might have just been limited). Overall, I would recommend this for anyone not looking to spend a fortune on a serviceable laptop.

Worst refurbisher I've dealt with. Bad product, bad service, no redeeming facts.
I have purchased a number of refurbished computers from Amazon certified refurbishers for business uses, including two other laptops of the same model. However, after purchasing one from "Blazing Prices", I have zero confidence in the term "certified refurbisher". The laptop I received had a defective wireless adapter (hardware defect, not software driver) and a defective audio device (again hardware, not software driver). Furthermore, the recovery partition was present on the hard drive but was disabled and inoperable. I would rate after purchase support (on a scale of 1 horrible to 5 great) as a minus ten. It is inconceivable that a competent tech could miss these issues - unless "certified refurbishing" just means wiping the hard drive and copying windows 10 installation software onto the drive. The cost of our time spent trying to get technical support and the actual out of pocket cost of buying a usb wifi adapter to test the machine easily exceeded the cost of a new laptop. I'd like to know exactly who certified this refurbish company and what criteria was used - or is that merely a made-up baloney term used to dupe customers?

So happy I bought another! 2017 & 2019
So I originally bought this computer back in 2017 for YouTube and video editing. It ran premiere pro, obs, and Photoshop with no problems. The fans do get a bit loud when it's hard at work but that's not really a huge deal. Flash forward to now, I needed another laptop for another side project SO I BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE. This new one is way nicer and works even better. The first one had minor cosmetic marks, which is expected when it's refurbished, but the new one came with a nice skin on it and in great condition. Very pleased. I typically have 10 to 15 tabs open at a time and it runs smoothly.

Good service
I am neutral with this purchase -- I don't dislike it, nor like it. I did return the first laptop I received because of sound issues. I was sent a replacement. The sound on the replacement was not any better. Volume at 100 percent is really about 25 percent. Very difficult to hear. I blame HP for this poor sound. The laptop is refurbished. It's an older HP model -- I didn't expect that. I'm to blame for not doing sufficient research. This HP laptop is much heavier than most current models. It seems to be durable. There is an ethernet port for a LAN cable. This was an unexpected bonus for me, and the primary reason I kept the laptop. Battery life is not great. I only get a 75 percent charge. I'll order a new one when this one only charges to 50 percent. The service was good when I returned the first item. I would buy another device from them, but not without doing better research on the product.

Just what I needed- solid machine at a great value
I was steered to this HP laptop by some friends with strong technical knowledge. They did not steer me wrong! It has the features, memory, and speed I was hoping to get for my usage needs. And at the price - $222 shipped- I am very happy with the quality and performance. This unit was certified refurbished by HP and looked like new out of the box. One can easily spend 5+ times this amount for a new one. I have only had it about a month, so I hope it continues to perform for a few years to come. This is well worth it for the casual computer user for web surfing and emailing. I am not a gamer- so cannot comment on it's capacity for that.

Oustanding condition
This laptop arrived as advertised, like new even though it was refurbished. I activated the windows 10 per the easy instructions. Then it said there was a new version of windows 10 available and that I was running an older version, recommended the upgrade. This I did only thing here was it took a long time and one of my accelerator drivers was not compatible with the newer version ofwindows 10, and the upgrade said one was not available. I did not notice any difference. Well worth the money and this laptop is quite. So far so good happy with the unit. Today I ordered a docking station for it.
