mild flavour but tasty

This is a nice quality curry powder, knocked up a delish potato curry by making a paste with water, added onion, garlic and ginger, cooked the chopped ingredients added the curry paste, then the potatos with water and salt pepper to taste then added coconut milk and chopped coriander, really good flavour

This spice mix smells authentic tastes authentic and livens up most meats/ Its worth buying for the Jatr so much more satisfactory than leakable sachets , Not a particularly strong burn so you can add Red Chilis and cook up a flavour with a moderate heat which leaves a good after taste. Will buy again .

I am a curry nut and have tried numerous other curry powders - at last I have found Rani which not only has a wide range of ingredients (for a complex flavour - many of the so-called curry mixes out there actually only have a very limited range of spices in them) but this one ALSO doesn't have added salt AND is mild so I can add my own levels of chilli depending on the curry I am making. I made a curry with this yesterday and it was excellent. Rani has become my new go-to curry powder!

I love this curry powder, I've been so fed up of brands saying it's mild, you buy and it blows your head off!This is full of flavour and is MILD!!!For those of us that can't eat hot foods it's a blessing.

I’ve been using this curry powder on my takeout and frozen dinners, and it’s honestly a game changer. It really kicks up the flavor of my Chinese curry and frozen Indian meals. Just a sprinkle and suddenly it tastes way fresher and more homemade. Super easy to use and it makes those quick meals feel special. If you wanna spice up your frozen dinners, this stuff is definitely worth it!

My favourite name brand medium curry isn’t available anymore but I found this mild curry online & am VERY happy with it! It’s very flavourable with fenugreek as a main spice.I had bought another curry at the supermarket & it was way too spicy. I didn’t want to waste that spice so mixing some of that spice with the milder curry make it perfect for me.

I've made madras chicken with it several times. Love the taste and smell of it. I keep mine in the freezer so it will last a long time.
