I have used this make of dye a few times and have always found it very effective, especially when dying a stained garment to hide the marks. Great value and the clothes washed well after use without fading. I used one tub for one item but could the coverage was so good you could probably do 3 at a time. High quality Dye.

I like using the Dylon clothes dye as it's so easy to follow the instructions and place it in the washing machine. Once it is finished take cloths out and dry them away from sunlight. I always put a little washing powder in the machine and wash around the seal of my machine to ensure there is no dye in the machine. I have used these products for years and am happy with the end results.

Don’t expect the perfect pitch black but it will work really well if you follow the instructions.

I was able to successfully dye 2 pairs of jeans and 2 T- shirts which although originally black had faded. Very impressed with the results as all looked like new. Admittedly there is some dye left on the rubber around the washing machine door which needed a bit of attention which has now gone after running a couple of cycles.

I put pale blue cotton fabric and a cotton sweat jacket in the washing machine. I'm pleased with results. The colour came out a deep grey. The top stitching on the sweat jumper stayed white probably due to a synthetic stitch. It looks amazing. Very easy to use. Not like many years ago having to add salt.

The three items I dyed following the exact instructions came out more navy than they came out black which was a shame. My daughter was happy with her jeans at least so three stars for that, five stars would've been if the product truly did produce the "intense black" that the label promised
