Got it and it dosnt run I have to pay to ship it back at my cost

Bought this for my 6 yr old daughter to use around the house. Was cheaper for me to purchase this new then what it would cost me to buy something used and abused locally. That and the fact that most 4 wheelers around my area were 10 or more years old for the same price I paid for this or more. Upon initial inspection, I had noticed the rear track bar was bent from the factory, battery was cracked and leaking, and both front brake cables were beyond loose. No matter how much I had adjusted the front cables, they still rattled. After a new battery, a few adjustments, and failed attempts to reach the company with my concerns, I set out to let my daughter ride her new toy. During her initial ride, she had to be taken to the ER due to burns from gear oil venting onto her legs from the 4 wheeler. I was fortunate that she was ok and did not have any permanent scaring. Had I not spent about 4k on this machine, I would have done something irrational with it. My daughter has not ridden this machine since the incident. I have noticed that it does leak oil, leaks gear oil, has multiple squeaks and rattles, parts fall off at random, and sometimes has trouble starting. This machine does however seem to be stable and comfortable while riding, and has a top speed of about 20-22 mph with a grown male weighing approximately 225. I cannot in good faith advise anyone to purchase this 4wheeler. I will update my response if the manufacturer Massimo, makes things right.
