These are perfect for wrapping homemade caramel candies. I would buy them again.

We used to use wax paper that we cut into squares for wrapping homemade caramels, but decided to give these a go this year. They worked PERFECTLY. Wax paper would always disintegrate and stick to the caramels, resulting in unwrapping them becoming a complete chore. With these wrappers, they simply work they way you would want them to. The caramels release easily, and for us, the ends stayed wrapped without any problems. We will never make candy without these again. We did two full 9x13 pans of caramels plus some extra and with the 300 pack of wrappers, we had leftover wrappers. These folks have a new customer for life!

They worked great for wrapping caramels. The ends twisted shut and stayed shut. The only way that they didn’t stay twisted shut was when I had more than one wrapper. My only complaint is that it was hard to separate the wrappers. If they didn’t twist shut then I knew I had more than one wrapper. I hope this helps for people that say they didn’t twist shut.

I have these on subscription to be delivered once a year. They work great for caramels and good to work with They are a good size and don't stick to the candy.

I never write reviews, but I want to make sure I never buy these again, because they don’t stay wrapped! I make a lot of caramels every Christmas and these are the worst wrappers I’ve ever ordered. I like the size as they are the perfect size for 1” square caramels. After twisting as tight as possible for many more times than normal, plus holding the twists very tightly for a minute, you can see in the photo how they untwist themselves. So time consuming and frustrating! It’s worth a little more money to get good wrappers.

The size of these wrappers are perfect. I made almost 200 caramels and needed good wrappers, which they are. They stayed twisted for the most part, I twisted them again ( which was only 20 or so) and they stayed twisted after that.The FRUSTRATING part was separating them, it took so long to do so. You can imagine the time consuming task of fighting with the wrappers and then wrapping and twisting, 200 caramels!It took me twice as long as normal. Is there a trick in doing so?
