Q: Will this curl when using side of scissor?

It's fabric so you can't curl it with scissors, sorry.

Q: Can you machine embroidery on this?

I do some machine embroidery, but am not sure how well it would work with the little ribs that are characteristic of grosgrain ribbon. Other than that see no reason you couldn't though it would still need a stabilizer. Also it is more a craft quality grosgrain than a clothing/fabric quality.

Q: Is this Ribbon machine washable?

I would think it could be washed, depending on how you use it. If it’s sewn onto something, I’m sure it could be washed. I’m making ribbon lei’s with it, so I doubt anyone would wash them.

Q: Is this ribbon suitable for outdoor use?

I can't honestly answer your question. However the seller does list all the usages of the ribbon in the description; it is polyester. If you were decorating a wreath to hang on front door on porch/under an eave out of direct weather it would probably last. For how long? Don't know.
