During lockdown I started cutting my own hair and my old trimmer died. I bought a baby kiss skeleton but never got on with it as the blade was too sharp and kept cutting my skin. I bought this and it uncannily identical but the blade is better in my skin. No snagging, really powerful, very close especially when lining up the beard and hair line. Great value for the money

I did my research on this as the market is so convoluted with expensive gd quality and cheap poor quality items. This has an expensive look, feel and output. You won’t go wrong with this item.

When first bought I was well chuffed, they were great for the price! I’ve used just 4 times on my bald head. This 4th time the blades have misaligned or something and they hurt my head.I contacted support but have to pay £1 for 3 day membership for help, then I’m subscribed to a £35 a month subscription!! I could cancel but already don’t trust a company who charges you for help!!No warranty on these clippers.Guess you get what u pay for and they were cheap!Used 4 times… so £8 a hair cut!Thankfully I reached out to Amazon customer service direct, who honoured a refund on behalf of this marketplace supplier!

I have tried at least 5 trimmer sets here and I received this today.Found item was ‘ zero ‘ set already and trimmed my beard edges with a joy so far unknown….superb cutting, no scratching, don’t shop around for another, I sent a £63 trimmer back this week supposedly ‘zero’ setting, no comparison. **Highly recommended**

Problems with shaver and no help from seller

The device wasn't what I expected - the screws to adjust the blades were rounded and the blades wouldn't get as close of a cut as I would have hoped.Holding the device, it was a good manageable size and felt really sturdy.Upon messaging the company after requesting a refund, I had great a conversation explaining how to deal with the refund, in easy steps, to get the return done. It felt as if they genuinely cared about me as a customer and as a person! It was a shame that the clippers weren't what I had hoped for, but a really good company - I would recommend using them 100%.
