Xiaomi LED Lamp Desk Lamp Bianco

Contrary to all the upfront EU plug issues, I ordered this in March 2022 and received an effortless US plug.But I'm not sure what that now means for those in the EU.The lamp is beautiful, minimal, and built very well. No creaks or bending, and it sets up in a second. Homekit support is flawless but unnecessary as the dial is fun to play with. Folds down neatly when not in use.Plenty bright and the temperature control is pleasing to the eye. A great and clean lamp for my desk!

Took 10 months for this piece of crap to stop turning on. Don't waste your money, imported junk.EDIT: The power plug is what gave out. For a nice 20 dollars you can get your lamp to work again! What a ripoff. it was a good desk lamp when it's working. But it stopped working in less than a year. I didn't even use it a lot. It just suddenly stopped working, never turn back on. Very disappointing for $70 lamp

The MI LED Desk Lamp is quite honestly the nicest looking lamp I've ever seen at this price point with a great user experience. When unboxing, you can clearly tell there was thought put into the actual unboxing process. Unfortunately, when I reached the plug/cable, I noticed that the plug was for EU. More on that in a bit.Setting up the light was simple as there's only one hinge that handles any adjustment. There's no height adjustment or rotation on the actual lamp itself, but that hasn't bothered me yet. The all-white design with the touch of orange cable feels and looks high-end. The rotating knob that controls power, brightness, and temperature has a satisfying tactile bump when dialing in the settings.Homekit was the easiest part of the setup. Scan the code and add it to your home, and it's ready to go. I was immediately prompted in the Apple Home App that the light had an update and to install the "Mi Home" App. This was a frustrating point for me as the instructions in the app kept me on a circle of adding/deleting/resetting the light (which removed it from HomeKit) and repeating this process for 10 minutes until I gave up. I may be missing something, but for the time being, I deleted the Mi Home app and am just using the HomeKit setup. The lamp works perfectly with Siri and HomeKit automation.Ok - so the EU plug and the included adapter. Why, Mi? Why me? The plug is hot-swappable, and they could have included the US plug that would just click in, but this half massed attempt to make the plug US compatible is frustrating. I now have the travel adapter plugged into the EU power adapter. It doesn't look pleasant, and if I had to look at it all day, I would probably return the light. But it's tucked away behind my desk, and I've since forgotten about the daisy chain unless a bump the power adapter and then the light turns off. Sigh. Such brilliant design should have had a better solution than this.The color temperature accuracy is spot on, the brightness intervals are perfect, and the design is flawless. This lamp nails a thought-out minimal design that deserves a better power adapter solution. What was Mi thinking?

Despite some very positive reviews and recommendations, I am HUGELY disappointed by this product. Why? Clearly this was not made for the U.S market and electrical outlet system. The product as it exists comes with not one but TWO cumbersome adapters to make it usable in the U.S. This makes the connection very unstable, and I worry it may even be a potential fire hazard. While "Brightness" is acceptable/good, the outlet issue makes it not at all versatile or portable. I don't know why this was not mentioned in the product description.

I like the design and function. However, unfortunately, this light comes with an adapter. So it's not a regular US charger. The connection with the adapter is horrible. So the light doesn't work at all. I wish they could make one charger only to use. This light is cute but useless.

If you are in the US or another country that uses a standard US plug stay away from this!!! The light is amazing and exactly what I am looking for. I bought 2 for my desk. The problem is you need two cheaply made adapter for each light. Both lights I would have to constantly unplug and plug back in after adjusting the adaptor. One appears to have short circuited after a couple weeks and the other is still having issues.Thankfully it was still within the return period. Unfortunately I can't find anything else that has everything like these.
