Hi there! Try flipping the switch on the battery case to off & try again (resetting it). The number 1 button on the remote is the non flashing steady setting. Or maybe replace the batteries as one might be going out. Hopefully this helps. Good luck!

I would test the batteries you are using with a battery tester. If that does not work clean connectors with cutip and alcohol and let dry thoroughly then put in working batteries. If that doesn't work call manufacturer
