Comfortable but pointless
From a wearble perspective there was no discomfort: they stay in place and don't pinch/ hurt. They do improve your airways and i felt less blocked up in the morning.However, if you're looking for assistance in preventing snoring.... these are a WASTE of money. Nothing. No change. Better off paying to see a specialist Dr.

Just doesn't work
Like others have said, it just does not work. It only just clips in your nose. It does not hold your nostrils open so more air can get in. If anything it restricts air.. it also falls out in the night. Don't bother..!

I have snored for years which has got progressively worse and meant my wife has had broken sleep too.Ive tried nasal sprays propping my bed up nasal strips etc nothing worked..Ive used these for two nights in a row since i bought them and my wife has slept right through both nights! They clearly work.!
