Product was as described. I have purchased this item for several people I know over the last several years. It provides breathing exercises to help keep lungs clear.

I always read the one star reviews first! Yes, folks, it is SUPPOSED to leak around the corners. It is SUPPOSED to be difficult to keep the balls up. It is SUPPOSED to be a very simple device, but stick with it as directed, it will work!!

I saw some reviews on how this product doesn't work. I believe that was due to user error. You must do as the instructions say, inhale to make the balls go up. As a matter of fact, do not exhale into the device so as to keep it cleaner.

First, this product arrived as described. However, if you were to just look at the picture of the lady holding up the item with one hand, you would be disappointed as the product in the picture looks very much larger than the actual product.Second, and most importantly, it is extremely poor quality for a product through which you inhale. The plastic mouth piece that attached into the long tube through which you inhale had many jagged pieces coming/hanging off. It would be extremely dangerous if any of those pieces were inhaled INTO your lungs.Thirdly, there were many small particles inside the tubes which held the balls. Now, there is a "filter" on the outflow of the ball tubes, but it is NOT small enough to capture those particles.I cleaned the ball tubes and the balls and put it back together and inhaled with the long tube WITHOUT the mouth piece, which should have been harder than using the mouth piece, but it was very easy.I do not recommend this product for anyone to use. It's was easy to buy and came quickly ,but it is not safe or effective. Buy a medical grade product form a medical supplier. You will pay much more but your lungs are worth it.

I have COPD and I have slowly found it more difficult to breathe. I was looking for a simple device that would hopefully help me to exercise my lungs. This device is going to be most helpful and allow me to monitor my progress. The instructions are clear, dont rush, just take it slowly until you see improvement. I have been using while observing my O2 percentage and getting good resultsOn reading through some the comments it seems that people have been blowing into this device instead of sucking air through it.To work properly you should suck through the mouthpiece for as long as you can, so that the red ball lifts up. Then remove the mouthpiece from your mouth and breathe normally for about ten seconds. Then repeat the process until you can hid the red ball up for ten seconds before moving to the yellow ball

This is a great lung muscles exerciser. You can see as well as feel your progress which I find encouraging. Definitely read the directions on use because simply getting as many of the balls to rise as possible is not correct. I founding that out by accident. Love/hate this thing. Lol.

There are instructions on how to use the exercizer on a sheet inside the box. There are also instructions on the outside of the box. Pictorial instructions on the box that I received were mostly visible. Written instructions above the pictures, on the box that I received, are covered by a large sheet of white paper with a small area on it used for Amazon coding. Huge failure by Amazon.
