This are first expensive Socks that I bought my self till now.If you don't care about the color as me, you can buy them at discounted price, which is amazing.I bought this for my wife since she has cold feet when she goes to sleep, regardless of what she wears and how many layers! Usually she would put 2 thick socks, plus 2 blankets and still she needs 1h to warm up!Now she puts thin socks and Merino socks over them and in no time its warmer!So for our case its much better with this socks, so thumbs UP!

was recommended to purchase 80% merino socks as I have been suffering lately standing and watching my local non league football team (the temperature rather than the performance causing the suffering) I've been wearing several layers including thermals so the only issue was my poor arthritic toes - my previous thermal socks just weren't doing the job any more and 3 pairs including fluffy welly boot socks still didn't keep my feet from being effected by the cold snap - I wasn't sure if they had warmed up or gone numb when I couldn't feel my toes anymore. Delivery as I was getting prepared for a cold Tuesday night away to Bognor seemed like a gift from the gods...package opened ,socks popped on feet and off on the 6 hour round trip I go. Feet nice and comfortable on the journey so I was a little concerned they might not be up to the job when we got to the ground for the 'cold' bit of the away trip.
