Does the cooler sweat on the outside or leak the ice?

It does leak but it takes time to do so. It does not sweat on the outside though.

How long is the strap? Can it be worn comfortably crossbody?

I use as a lunch bag to carry all of my stuff into work. It can be worn cross body comfortably.
