I've got to say, the quality of this supplement is noticeably superior. The Nature's Way Vitamin B-6 has been a great addition to my daily routine and I've been feeling more energized. Would definitely recommend it.

B6 it’s said in first world nations it’s rare to be depleted on B6, especially because everything is enriched with vitamin bs in general. I found, however, by taking this it supported my experience of feeling calm. I had read B6 helps with lucid dreaming. I prefer to take before going to sleep and I have noticed an increase in dream vividness and dream recall, supportive precursors for developing lucid dreaming. Another great plus is that B6 across the board is completely inexpensive. I chose to go with this Nature’s Way because I am familiar with their quality of products. I had a hard find finding a quality product like this and the mg. the doctor advised me to take. I found it on Amazon and have being using it ever since. Quality, Quantity and Price are pretty good.

Nature's Way has been around for many years !Always a SUPERB PRODUCT. I always look at any added SOY.. BUT they don't usually do that. Just keep eyes open for the soy... It is an oil added filler thing.
