Q: what is the diameter of these please?

I have just asked a similar question. Very pleased with what I recieved however did not realise that the sizes were different, I thought it was just the patterns that would be mixed or random. Its not that small a difference 17 are just over 40mm and three are just under 30mm. They all look good however the size difference is too much for me for the look I wanted and had expected 20 of the 40mm size.

Q: How do i contact the seller? They didn't send enough screwcaps and I'm 3 short

There was an address and telephone number on the invoice/delivery note, because I contacted them about something else. Don't have details now I'm afraid.

Q: Do you receive 20 different knobs or did anyone receive duplicates?

They were all different, no duplicates.

Q: Is it possible to remove the screws?

The screw acts as a spindle for the ceramic knob when its pushed through both the knob and the hole you have made in the drawer or door... . A washer and a screw nut are then put on to hold it in place. So yes........you can take the screw out, but you will then have a hole in the ceramic knob that you will need to fill.
