Update: Customer service is GREAT with this company. They contacted me about the swing and replaced it! Looks so much better. (2nd pic)The swing and rope are sturdy and wide adult size.My complaint is that the seat had a place that was filled with wood putty and covered with varnish that didn't hold up well and is now a rough spot after just 2 months. I expected better for this price. This piece of wood should not have been used. Or at the very least the filled spot should have been turned for the bottom NOT the top.

The media could not be loaded. This is an awesome swing. I installed it by myself with no tools.It is beautiful and easy to swing.It's perfect for all ages and stages because it's very sturdy. I recommend this swing, hands down!!

We bought several swings and ended up returning them after finding this one! Worth the price! Well made! Adjusts easily! I’m comfortable using it as a 5’7 225 lb person. It functions exactly how it’s supposed to I love it.

A perfect tree swing. Had it set up in less than 10 minutes.

Super easy to install, the wood is sturdy, wide enough for an adult. Only didn’t do 5 stars as the sealant finish is so darn slippery you can’t stay on it! We roughed it up by crosshatching the surfaces with a rough sand paper, but this will reduce the life of the wood.
