Magnets don't seem to work at all. Anyone else have this problem?

my magnets work, but I did have to reglue them. Try peeling one off, a see if either side is magnetic, they could have been glued in wrong side out. If not, reach out to the seller, they are quick to respond.

Are these fine or extra fine point?

Do you have to store these vertically and then hold them upside down before using

They seem to work any way you store them. We’ve stored them laying down, standing up and upside down and they’ve worked without a problem every time.

Are these washable? Will the colors wash out of clothes, off of walls, carpets and hands?

They are dry erase, so they will probably clean off the wall ok but they will stain anything absorbent (skin, clothes, etc).
