Great flavour, great for night shift workers
These aren’t like most electrolytes where the flavour is nasty. The flavour on its own is fine, it is a very mild iced tea flavour, i add some peach iced tea granules to make it taste stronger.I work night shifts and these have really helped with my hydration, Iv slept better and don’t get headaches

Dissolves slowly but it does fully dissolve and taste is fine. It seems to be working as I do feel better hydrated using this after my runs along with my normal drink routine.

I bought the peach ice tea flavour which is really yummy but wouldn’t recommend the strawberry unless you have very cold water
