Purchased from Secure Hardwares. It was a correct part number, with CUCM firmware, not cheaper 3PCC. Good price, correct new item in factory box. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Wrong Software!!!!
This phone has the wrong firmware on it. This model is mis-labeled as it should be CP-8865-3PCC-K9. It has the 3rd party calling software on it if you are doing cloud service. This will not work on enterprise systems like CME. There is no way of changing the firmware so it is useless. Total waste of time!!!

Phone locked by a service provider!
Phone was locked by a service provider and didn’t let me provision with my ip phone system. Phone was taken out from a service environment that had a different firmware on. It was impossible to factory reset the phone. I would not recommend the phone to anyone, there wast any information on the product page. It’s misleading the customer.
